Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 90iji online gaming platform available at 90iji.pro (the "Platform"). 90iji is an online gaming and sports betting service designed for adult entertainment in Bangladesh. By creating an account or placing any wager on the Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with 90iji and agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the 90iji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 90iji. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and any promotional or bonus communication issued by 90iji, these Terms shall prevail. 90iji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

To register and use 90iji you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements throughout your use of the Platform:

  You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 90iji may request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult aged 21 or above will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed if verification is not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

  You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 90iji is lawful in your location. 90iji does not warrant that access to the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction.
• c
  You must register your own account using your own legal name and accurate personal details. You may not register on behalf of another person, and you may not allow any other person to use your account for any purpose.
• d
  You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion that covers 90iji. If you are aware that you are subject to such an exclusion, you must contact [email protected] before attempting to register a new account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

90iji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank and City Bank. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

  The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. 90iji does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Players are encouraged to check the applicable limits with their payment provider before initiating a deposit.

  All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted. Where a deposit is received from a mismatched account name, 90iji reserves the right to reverse the transaction and return the funds to the source account, less any applicable third-party processing fees.

  Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawals are subject to applicable KYC verification. 90iji aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours; actual transfer times depend on the payment provider and may vary.
• d
  90iji does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Some payment providers charge their own transaction fees, which are outside 90iji's control. Players should review their provider's fee schedule before completing any transaction.
• e
  Where 90iji has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit or withdrawal is connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity, 90iji reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds, suspend the associated account, and report the matter to appropriate authorities. Funds linked to confirmed illegal activity will not be returned.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 90iji. Violation of any prohibition listed here may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

  Using any software, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by 90iji, including auto-clicking software, odds-scraping tools, or any mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the Platform itself.

  Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing card or game information in real time, coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes, or entering into any arrangement with another player that gives either party an unfair advantage over the Platform or other participants.
• c
  Registering more than one account, using an account registered in another person's name, or misrepresenting your identity to 90iji at any stage of registration, verification, or account operation.
• d
  Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or misconfiguration on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reversed. Players who discover a technical error are required to report it to [email protected] promptly rather than exploit it.
• e
  Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. 90iji cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will disclose account and transaction information when required to do so under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 90iji Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface design, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of 90iji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 90iji. Unauthorised use of 90iji intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

90iji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred or is ongoing. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. The following provisions apply in all cases:

  Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance held in that account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the account will be reinstated and the frozen balance restored in full. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and some or all of the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
• b
  Where a player voluntarily closes their account and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Closure withdrawal processing times are the same as standard withdrawals.
• c
  Where an account is terminated by 90iji for breach of these Terms, any bonus balance, free spin winnings, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits not directly connected to prohibited conduct may be returned at 90iji's discretion after deducting losses attributable to the prohibited activity.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 90iji operates. By using the Platform you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process you agree to contact 90iji at [email protected] and allow a period of not less than 30 days for 90iji to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly without formal proceedings when both parties engage in good-faith communication. 90iji aims to respond to all formal dispute communications within 5 business days of receipt.
